HOUSING DEVELOPMENT NEWS - MARCH 2024

Excavation on buildings R1 and R2 has been completed in 90%, work on R3 is ongoing. Backfilling for floor layers with mechanical compaction under the R1 building has been completed, and work under R2 is in progress. The external filling of the footings and foundation walls in part R1 has been approximately 50% completed.

The foundations in part R1 are 100% complete, in R2 80%. The walls and columns of floor no. -1 were made in part of the building. R1 100%, and in part construction. R2 at 80%. The ceiling above level -1 in part R1 has also been 100% completed.

In terms of shell construction, the ground floor walls in part R1 have been 100% completed. The ceiling above the ground floor in part R1 has been completed. The structural walls of the first floor in building R1 have also been completed.

Sanitary and storm sewage levels have been laid in part R1, and work has started in building R2. The installation of the "grounding" installation in part R1 is in progress. Work on the installation of cabling for ground floor lighting in staircases A and B of part R1 has also started.
